What is a letterbox gift?
A letterbox gift is a specially curated gift box designed with a slim profile to fit directly through a standard UK letterbox, meaning the recipient doesn't need to be home to receive it.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an express shipping option for next-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM Monday through Friday.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes, every gift includes a complimentary gift card. You can add your personalized message at the checkout page, and we will hand-write or print it for a personal touch.
Do you include invoices or price tags in the box?
No, we never include invoices or any pricing information inside our gift boxes, as we know most of our orders are sent directly to the recipient as a surprise.
What happens if the gift doesn't fit the letterbox?
Our boxes are designed to fit 95% of standard UK letterboxes. If the letterbox is unusually small or obstructed, the postman will leave a calling card for collection or redelivery.
What is your return policy?
If you or the recipient are not completely satisfied, you can return non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
